Order Jam

giftbox2All of our preserves are handmade in small batches. Almost all of the fruit we use is grown right in Mendocino County, though some of the more specialty items that may not always be available down the road are from farms in the surrounding counties.  All of these flavors are made in limited quantities as we are greatly affected by seasonal availability.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY: Updated January 12, 2015

Marmalades are back in stock! It’s been hard to get fruit grown in Mendocino County, so I went to the Allemany Farmers Market in San Francisco to pick up some fruit from my favorite citrus farms.  This farmers market is a certified market, meaning that you buy fruit directly from the farm, so I can speak with the farmers about their growing practices and hear their recommendations about what’s the best right now.  (Hopefully later in the month I’ll be able to offer some Marmalades made with Mendocino County citrus fruit.  It’s rare, but not impossible to find).

  • Blood Orange Marmalade
  • Citrus Marmalade: a mixture of pomelo, grapefruit and tangerines
  • Kiwi Lemon Jam
  • Meyer Lemon Marmalade
  • Seville Orange Marmalade
  • Strawberry-Blood Orange Marmalade
  • Strawberry Jam

If you’d like to place an order, please visit our Etsy shop here. If you live here in Mendocino county and would like to meet me at the farmers market to pick up your order, simply e-mail me with your flavor requests and I’ll set them aside for you. My e-mail is thejamgirl@gmail.com.
